Simply follow the instructions below to report your lost property 🤓



How you can report lost property: 


  • Open your mytaxi appTap on the profile symbol in the top-right corner Tap 'trips', then select which journey you lost your item on
  • Click on the drivers profile picture under the journey details
  • Tap on the phone symbol on the top-right to give your driver a phone call. This will only be available up to 24 hours after the journey was taken.
  • Alternatively, click on ‘help’ then ‘Lost property’ and ‘I lost something on this trip - how do I get it back’ to send feedback to our customer support team.

If you have lost your phone or are unable to log into your app:

Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

You can contact us directly at ireland.support@mytaxi.com - just make sure to include the below information:


  • Your registered email (especially if you are emailing us in using a different email address)
  • The date and time of your journey

  • Don’t forget to include ‘lost property’ in the subject line!
